I had only walked in the sun under umbrella for about 15 minutes to tell you the truth. So I can't say it's working great as protection yet. But it's not as oily and my skin doesn't get as oily as after using Shu Uemura's XTR Protector SPF 50 PA+++. But then usually the higher the SPF, the oilier it gets/makes.
It has to be applied to damp skin! I didn't know that. Even though I had skimmed through the box and bottle, somehow my mind had skipped this.
This TDF Ultra Light Hydrator is for Pigmented Skin.. I guess I have lots of freckles / dark spots, that was why the Skin Doc gave me this instead of TDF Ultra Light Hydrator which is for acne skin. Mmm.. or did she make a mistake?
A fragrance free, sheer lightweight formulation, highly recommended for those with dry to combination skin.

The version I bought was in tube, not as pictured. Tube packaging is always better - so that the active ingredients don't lose their effectiveness when opened. Besides, it's always easier to squeeze the tube than scooping from the bottle.
I rarely use this since I'm still trying to finish Shu Uemura's (old) Depsea Theraphy Moisture Recovery Cream.
Skin doc said this TDF (Therapeutic Dermatologic Formula) Power C Firming Spritz is a toner. Huh. I stared at the box skeptically. Anti-aging woh? I don't think I need anything anti-aging (I'm young) but since it's a toner (really?), I'd try it out.
Nose: It tastes/smells like sour .. uh, sour plum (suin mui in Cantonese). Not my favourite smell.
Eyes: Unlike normal spray bottles where there's a plastic straw to the bottom, this one lacks straw. So users can topple it upside down when it's almost finishing and won't waste the last drop.
It doesn't come out a lot - which is good.
No side effects.
