Then after the movie ended, I found Adventures of a Psychic and this is was more interesting to me than the earlier book I picked up since I wasn't interested in religion anyway.
The other side is beautiful, you can build houses - anything, with your mind and erase it if you don't like it. Wow. I can create gorgeous jewelleries and homes there with my brain! :D

More @ Wikipedia - Sylvia Browne. Her books are all about how accurate and good she is but after reading Wikipedia, some of her predictions/readings were not true..
I didn't catch X-Men when it was 1st shown in the cinema. When X-Men 2 came out, I watched it and really looked forward for X-Men 3. Before X-Men 3 came out, tv showed X-Men.
Just now, X-Men was shown again on tv and I realised I had missed some scenes when I 1st watched it on tv!
I still think X-Men 2 is the best.. I wished X-Men 3 were longer. Wolverine is sooo adorable.

Oh, I love this anime! :D It's funny, witty.. Sometimes he's a selfish jerk to his baby sister but he's a kind soul most of the time. Love the voice overs in Japanese too.

We had both watched it in the cinema even though I didn't really wanted to watch this movie. But we both enjoyed the movie, ahh, the main guy. Cute. I wished I had a bf like that in high school. Or now.

The book that I'm reading was printed in 1972. Which was before I was even conceived!
The print is reallly small. The author Christine Feehan is so familiar.

Draggy story line. So much of "I'm lost, I'm angry, I want to lash out" from Jacques, the Carpathian. So much of "I need you. Come to me." Ugh.. So possessive.
There are some witty and funny retorts but somehow I didn't feel a thing for the hero Jacques and heroine Shea.
Maybe it's the font and so many words repeating the same thing.

The book I was reading had the right side cover - what a gorgeous guy!! *drool* I found myself keep flipping back to the cover as I read the book.

Sherrilyn Kenyon - Seize the Night's cover, this book is more serious.
The hero is a mix of tiger - a white tiger at that, leopard and human. Wren is also a loner like Valerius (Seize the Night) but unlike Valerius, Wren's humour is dead. He's also an anti-social and he attacks whoever that gets close to him. Except smart Marvin the Monkey. And of course, the love interest Marguerite.
